How to reset it?
The iLock 16 is a stable system. If you need to reset the smart lock / smart system, disconnect the power for 5 seconds and reconnect it. The lock / smart system will restart automatically and continue operating smoothly.
How to remotely send or revoke access codes?
To remotely send access codes (6-digit door unlock codes), log in to your account, go to the main dashboard, select the property, choose the reservation you want to modify, open the menu (three dots), and delete the code or send it again.
How do I update the smart lock? Are updates necessary?
Our smart lock does not require firmware updates. The smart home system that manages the lock and all intelligent features of the rental property may occasionally require software updates. These updates are free for the entire duration of your subscription to our service.
How to install and configure SHARELOCK?
To install the smart lock, hire one of the certified SHARELOCK installers. To fully unlock the potential of smart locks, you need to configure sharelock.pro, register the lock, and integrate your Airbnb account (you can find our manual here).
How does SHARELOCK work?
The smart lock is connected to the secure SHARELOCK system. Through sharelock.pro you can automate the rental process by integrating your Airbnb account or manually granting/revoking access permissions to the rented property. You can also use a combination of both options for maximum flexibility.

What is SHARELOCK?
SHARELOCK is a secure solution for automating property rentals, providing flexibility for both property owners and long-term tenants. It consists of a digital smart lock and software for managing access to the apartment. The SHARELOCK system is fully integrated with Airbnb and automatically generates and sends access codes to guests. As an administrator, you remain in full control at all times, as you can grant and revoke access permissions to your property anytime and from anywhere.
Will the lock fit my door?
In general, the iLock 16 can be installed on any interior doors in apartments, houses, or rooms where the lock is not directly exposed to weather conditions such as rain, frost, or extreme heat.
Can I still lock/unlock the door with my regular key?
In case of an emergency or a low battery level, you can unlock the door using your regular key. A detailed description of how to unlock the door can be found in our manual.
What should I do if my lock runs out of power?
The system will automatically send a warning message before the smart lock’s battery reaches a critically low level. A detailed description of charging the smart lock or replacing the battery can be found in our manual. In any case, you can still enter the property using the emergency (mechanical) key.
